Delivery & Returns

Because each Kista bed is handmade to order, delivery and returns work a little differently to off-the-shelf products. We believe in being as clear as possible before you order, so you know exactly what to expect.

Lead times

All of our dog beds are handmade to order in Lancashire.

Our current lead time is 1–2 weeks for construction of your bed. If you need a bed sooner than this, please get in touch and we will always do our best to help.

Delivery

Delivery is free and included for all UK orders.

We currently deliver within the UK only, but if you are based overseas, please feel free to get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate you where possible.

We take great care to ensure every bed arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.

We are happy to accept cancellations provided your bed has not yet been shipped.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to return your bed because you have changed your mind, or for any reason not related to a fault, the cost of return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.

If the return is due to a fault or issue with the bed, we will of course cover the return costs.

We simply ask that returned beds come back in good condition.

Custom and made-to-order items

If you have ordered a bed with custom fabric, timber, or other made-to-order variations, we may need to deduct a fee to cover any parts of the order that cannot be reused.

If you are considering a custom order and would like to understand how this might apply, please get in touch and we will be happy to explain.

Damage, faults and lifelong repairs

If your bed arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@kista.co.uk as soon as possible. We will cover all costs and arrange collection where needed.

We also offer a free repair service for the life of every Kista bed for any non-intentional damage. If the timber gets knocked, marked or damaged over time, we are always happy to repair it. We simply ask that customers cover the shipping costs to and from us.

We believe good things should be made to last, and that includes being able to maintain and repair them when life happens. If you are ever unsure whether a bed can be repaired, just get in touch with a few photos and we will happily advise.
